Grapefruit Sorbet

With all the citrus on the trees at the moment, sorbet is a great thing to have in the freezer.
Christina from A Thinking Stomach has a great Grapefruit Sorbet recipe and guess what Kate it has a little lemoncello in it.

I remember as a child having ice blocks made from fruit juice, I guess frozen juice could be added to other recipes like cakes and stewed fruit or fruit sauces.
