So, what does a gardener do when its raining?

Cook, that's what.....

... three simple examples of home-grown food. What more could anyone want?

My mother's baby mango tree produces a perfectly ripe, 1kg mango that just fell off in my hand... no cooking required....but a lot of eating....

I ould love to make that soup but I ration our garlic to 1 head a week so it lasts through summer. I bought some great organic garlic at wilsons bit when I went back to get more it was sold out.
Next time I shall taste a clove in the shop and then buy more if it tastes good!
Our garlic is delicious.
