Urrbrae High Old Barn Market

This market is held on the 1st Saturday of each month 9am to 12noon. Today was the last market until March 2008. I came home with some frozen Barramundi, lamb sausages,olive oil,lettuce , basil, some flower parcels, chilli olives, a plant and a bunch of flowers. The students, parents and staff do a fantastic job in producing all this produce and there was heaps that I did not buy. I had a great time talking to a student about his passion for gardening . He told me all about the varieties of tomatoes he is growing. How wonderful to meet someone so passionate about gardening. I could see that lots of other students there today were equally passionate about what they were selling. This is a great school please click on the photo link to see more.
